Yeni yap\u0131larda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 alt\u0131na kaba s\u0131va yap\u0131lmas\u0131 teknik olarak bir mecburiyet olmamakla beraber sistem uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n daha sorunsuz uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in fayda sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<br \/><strong>ESKI YAPILARDA ISI YALITIMI<\/strong><br \/>\u0130kamet edilen yap\u0131larda yap\u0131lan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m sistemi uygulamalar\u0131 yeni yap\u0131lara nazaran daha zordur bunun sebebi \u00f6zellikle denizlik altlarda parapet kenarlar\u0131nda ya\u011fmur suyu giderlerinde balkon kap\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fanmas\u0131 muhtemel sorunlar\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011fudur<br \/>1)PENCERE DENIZLIK ALTLARI: Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m levhalar\u0131n\u0131n kaplanmas\u0131yla beraber \u00e7o\u011fu yap\u0131da mermer denizlik damlal\u0131klar\u0131 kapanmaktad\u0131r ve bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan uygulamalarda \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmazsa ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131 pencere merkezlerinden cepheye akmas\u0131 ve kirlili\u011fe sebep olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz sondur.
